A friend of mine told me that when he was in jail, he had to get a TB test. I would have told the jailers, force this on me than I will sue and you will be on the OTHER side of the jail bars along with me for battery! We have the constitutional AND HUMAN right to say NO!

My dear P, you totally forgot SLEEP. As in, when you want, how much you want, where you want...you get the idea.

Also - showering sans audience, grocery shopping when/where you would like, reading (anything more than two sentences at a time), blogging, having sex.......

Sorry. TMI?

My two cents? Do EVERYTHING you can fit in. And then some. Because it's gonna be a while before you can call your day your own again. But it really is SO worth it. Ella turns 1 tomorrow and life is even better than I imagined.

A kids smile always makes any hard work days worth it. I remember my days as a preschool teacher. Smiles was why I kept going back.

FYI,
A month after 13 year old Jenny Tetlock was vaccinated against the HPV virus, she missed the lowest hurdle in gym class. It was the first sign of a degenerative muscle disease that 15 months later left her nearly completely paralyzed.

Her father, Philip Tetlock, a professor at UC-Berkeley, has embarked on an odyssey to find out whether the vaccine, Gardasil, is to blame.

Tetlock is not the only one concerned. The public watchdog group Judicial Watch has been periodically obtaining adverse event reports on Gardasil from the FDA. 10 deaths have been linked to Gardasil since September 2007, and there have been 140 reports so far this year of serious side effects such as miscarriage and Guillain-Barré syndrome.
